Junior graphic designer
80%, in Geneva. A position where you learn the trade by practising it, and where we train you towards art direction.
We are not looking for a pair of hands. We are looking for a future art director.
Here, design is not a layer applied at the end. Everything is a component, everything sits on a grid, white space is a material and colour is rare. That is learned: by practising it daily, on real projects, with someone who reviews.
You will arrive junior. Within a year, you should be able to defend a whole identity in front of a client: the grid, the typographic choices, the palette, and why this one rather than another.
Four stages, over a year
This is not an appraisal grid, it is the path we will take you on. It shortens if you move faster.
What we do not ask for
What we do not require, and why. Better to read it here than to waste an interview.
One address, that's all
One email, five pieces, two lines on what you are looking for.
Attach what you have made. We answer either way: a reasoned no beats silence.
