Working with us
What we expect from you, what we commit to in return, and what belongs to you. The same rules for what we design, what we build and what we get found.
We choose our projects, and sometimes we say no.
If we do not believe a project can work, we say so and we do not take it. It costs us clients, and it is the only reason our teams work on things they actually want to get right. A refusal costs you a thirty-minute call. A badly taken mandate costs you a year.
This page is not a contract. The contract comes later, and it will say nothing that contradicts what is written here. It exists so that both sides know, before the first call, what they are committing to. Our terms and conditions come with every proposal, and are sent on request.
What we expect from you
What we commit to in return
Everything is yours, once it is paid for
One day you will not need us any more, and that is fine.
Either you grow enough to bring this work in-house, or you reach a scale that needs a different structure. Both are successes, and both are planned for here. We hold nobody by their accounts: it is the only way to earn a renewal rather than extract one.
And our figures come with what is missing from them. Swiss law and browsers have cut down what can be tracked; nobody says it, and everyone keeps quoting exact numbers. We will tell you what we measure, what we do not, and how much is missing. Less flattering in month one, and the only basis for deciding anything in month six.
