Online store

An order comes in at two in the morning. By nine it is paid, the label is printed and the invoice has gone out. Nobody typed a thing.

A store is not a website with a cart. It is a chain, from the order to the parcel.

Most stores stop at the “pay” button. Behind it, everything is done again by hand: the address copied onto the label, the invoice typed separately, the stock counted in a spreadsheet, the unpaid customer chased from memory. We design the shop window, and we build what comes after it.

Trade customersPrices per trade customer, built into Shopify: three price lists at most outside Shopify Plus. If you need more, we tell you before you sign.

01 · The orderIt comes in day and night, with everything needed to fulfil it. Nothing is copied twice.

02 · The paymentTWINT and cards, collected before shipping. No parcel leaves unpaid.

03 · ShippingThe Swiss Post label is prepared from the order; the tracking number reaches the customer without anyone typing it.

04 · The invoiceIt goes out with the order, in the Swiss format, VAT itemised.

05 · The stockOne figure, the same online, at the counter and in your file. It goes down on its own.

06 · ReturnsA parcel comes back: the stock goes up and the refund goes out, with nothing to recalculate.

The Shopify subscription and payment fees are paid to Shopify directly: we take nothing on them, nor on your sales. And the store is run by the team that can also design your brand and bring you customers: nothing is subcontracted.

Why Shopify

For a website, we write everything. For selling, we choose Shopify.

A website that presents is built here, with no subscription. A store that takes payments, ships and invoices through the night is another matter: payment, fraud, card security, updates: whole trades that Shopify runs better than we would. What we tell you before you sign: it is a subscription, your data is hosted outside Switzerland, and a few trade features are reserved for Shopify Plus.

—No theme bought from a third partyWe start from Shopify’s official theme, free and kept up to date by Shopify, and design it in your brand. A theme bought elsewhere ties you to its author at every update.
—No thirty appsEvery app is a subscription, often in dollars, and a link that can break. We install the ones that remove a step, not the ones that promise one.
—No opening without a real orderPayment, label, invoice, refund: we place a real order before opening. A chain nobody has tried is not a chain.
—No store in our nameThe account, the domain and the data are yours. If you leave one day, you leave with everything.
—No revenue promiseA store does not create demand. To bring people in there are our acquisition services, and we tell you which ones are worth it.
